for some reason when i changed the navigational sounds to none in the
sounds menu the changes were not saved.
this time i used one of my neo speech sound files i made so i would know
which sound file i e 8 was useing. i was useing the vista sound mixer to
turn off the windows sounds. this does not turn off the i e sounds.
now that i have it set to no sound i can record the streaming music without
the clicks.

Net Bat,
I know you said you turned off window sounds, but look for "start
navigation" under control panel>sounds and set it to none and see if that
helps.

i am trying to record streaming audio from radioio.com. in i e 8,vista

w e 7.2
the problem is i can not stop the page from reloading. w e has auto load

browse mode turned off when i record. but this makes no difference. the

will still re load. and when it does it continues to make that clicking
sound it makes when you go to another web page.
this click is being recorded with the audio stream.
i also turn off windows sound but i guess i e 8 is not useing windows
sounds
for the click. is there any way to turn it off.
i can not use fire fox3.6.8 . it is crashing about every 5 minutes when i
use it. if i could i could turn off the navigational sounds add on.
