Its evolution. Progress. That is why we live on this planet. To develope as humans and use new technology as computer systems, software, phones, screen readers, Braille input devices, gps and whatever. It's often casual who is using the newest. If you are not using the newest, you are still part of the Evolution. Because some day soon everybody needs to upgrade. At least have one primary computer system for use with certain software. Then, the progress is continuing. Because of this some percent of the population needs to use older systems and software. Otherwise everything collapse. Think of it, if every human on the planet absolutely need the newest computer system? The hardware developing industry will crash. RAM (memory) will be more expensive later this year. Because the hardware industry are having problems expand to the new 32nm technology or something for example.
Just my two cents.
