Pat,
Try running Juice in XP compatibility mode. To do so, highlight the
Juice shortcut on either the desktop or Start Menu group. Press the
Context menu key. Choose "troubleshoot compatibility." Select "this
program worked in previous versions of Windows." Select XP SP3 from the
list, and start the program. Does this help?
