Also, if you are somewhat technically inclined or adventurous, and you
have the right version of Windows 7, you can set up something called
XP Mode, which is a virtual XP computer. Then you can install Juice on
this virtual computer and it should work.  Rick Harmon has produced a
podcast in which he talks about this.  You can find it on the Blind
Geek Zone website.
