On the fly, you can also:
Insert-V, then l for languages tab, then tab a few times until you hear the
switch language, finally ok. Works like a charm.

I don't have that problem with the link you provided. It seems to be a

that is parked at godaddy.com.
However, if I remember correctly, the fix for this is:
WE control panel.
Alt-V for verbosity
Arrow down to browse mode
Tab once
Arrow down to languages
Tab to "switch synthesizer languages automatically" and un check the box.
Tab to OK and hit enter.
