With your browser opened:
Insert-v for verbosity
Arrow down to browse mode and tab once
Arrow down to language and tab to change language automatically and
uncheck this option.

AHi,

That is not working for me. That menu does not have a languages item 
in it. I'm using WE 7.2 on an XP pro machine.
