That was certainly a well-thought-out response indeed. All of us are lucky to have GW on our side. Unlike others, those folks try to address user needs and concerns - who else has a monthly payment plan so less affluent folks can get the access tools they need to improve their lives and financial futures?
Microsoft may, or may not, develop its own screen reader, but I bet most folks will stay with GW - because they will have the better product! E.g., Do you use Google or Bing? (See what I mean.)
