McTwit is now dead as far as Twitter is concerned. They turned off basic authentication so it will no longer function.

My problem is with mctwit when it starts up it says no JSON object can be decoded. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it at least three times am still getting the same results. It was working great before all of this stuff happened.For now am using qwitter, but mctwit is a lot easier on the hands as far as using the arrow keys.
