Yes.
1. Open the Window-Eyes control panel.
2. Press Alt-M to open the mouse menu.
3. Press Enter on "voice on with pointer identification."
4. A listbox of choices opens. Arrow until you hear "voice on with
pointer identification off."
5. Press Enter to close the list and accept your choice.
6. Press Alt-F, S, S to save the setting.
7 Press Escape to close the Window-Eyes control panel.
