It won't break your system and is faster than ie8 and flash runs in the 64 bit version. ----- Original Message ----- From: "chris hallsworth" <[email protected]>

Hi all.
Since IE8 comes with my Windows 7 operating system I am not willing to screw up my system by installing a browser that could be seriously broken. Now for screen readers that's different as for example the JAWS 12 public beta I also have both 10 and 11 installed. Saying this as an example and not to bash GWMicro. So I will wait till IE9 comes out for real. Please note all that IE9 from what I heard is not supported under XP.
This is just one reason to eventually upgrade your Windows.
Just my thoughts. Take care.

Hi. Internet Explorer 9 is indeed in beta.

Since GW Micro isn't commenting on I E 9, or recommending folks try it, I'm
not going to jump on the bandwagon so to speak.

Even when I E 8 was released, it seemed to be plagued with errors. The
errors seemed to have subsided.

I recall GW Micro recommending a couple of the beta versions for folks to
try, but I'll let the brave souls try the I e 9 beta.

I didn't find any references to Windows XP in the requirements section of
the article.

I hope to hear comments as to how well I E 9 works with Window-eyes.
