Hi Aaron and all,
Any idea when beta we 8 will be available?

Works fine is a bit misleading, and I don't want anyone to get the wrong
impression. With IE9, you will have no OSM. That means, you will not be able to
review the window with the mouse if you need to. Also, reviewing text in edit
boxes will not work. We will get that fixed, but it will requires Window-Eyes
8. So, if you were looking for an official response, here's one: if you want to
play with the beta now, go right ahead. We will not, however, provide support
for IE9 until WE8.

It works fine, both the 32 and 64 bit version.

Hi. Internet Explorer 9 is indeed in beta.
Since GW Micro isn't commenting on I E 9, or recommending folks try it,
I'm
not going to jump on the bandwagon so to speak.
Even when I E 8 was released, it seemed to be plagued with errors. The
errors seemed to have subsided.
I recall GW Micro recommending a couple of the beta versions for folks to
try, but I'll let the brave souls try the I e 9 beta.
I didn't find any references to Windows XP in the requirements section of
the article.
I hope to hear comments as to how well I E 9 works with Window-eyes.
