Hello, Try Skype Talking from http://skypetalking.googlecode.com/
This is an application that works in conjunction with Skype. I hardly use skype's interface and I use skype talkings interface. If you have the skype scripts loaded, make sure to disable the announcement of events or you'll get double speaking because skype talking does this also.
