Try going to tools, internet options, and the control tab advanced. Arrow down to media and when you get to play sounds, uncheck this item. This will not always solve the problem, but it works in the right situations.

Hello everyone,

I just went to a website that has background music playing. I can't hear
Window eyes through the musci..

Is there a way to silence the music on the website so I can hear my screen
reader?
