Hello, I am not able to reproduce this behavior. Also, using the mouse keys to save an attachment is not too bad, just press numpad-1, then numpad-8. A hot spot script can also be used. However, normally to view any attachments, alt-f,a should do the trick. So if I understand, are you saying this menu item is missing?
