Hello Everyone, I am not sure how to handle Web Root spysweeper on my laptop. The laptop has Windows 7 and WE 7.2.
On my desktop which has Vista Basic and WE 7.2, I am able to handle things OK. First I can use the mouse keys to click on various choices. I have tried with the laptop and I am not reading the spysweeper window, just various items on the desktop etc. I route my cursor and it still is not working. Second issue. On my desktop, spysweeper is in the system tray. The reason I want this is I can enter on it, then use the application key to make choices. The biggest item is uninstall when spysweeper is blocking a task I want to do. It is not in the system tray for some reason. Either how do I get it in the system tray or otherwise perform the same tasks? How do I get spysweeper to work the same way it does on my laptop? Note I am using the WE laptop keyboard on my laptop.
