I have been using spy sweeper for several years and this version just does not
work. After going back and forth with them several times, the best solution
was to remove spy sweeper and reinstall an earlier version. Those tolls are on
their web cite, good luck.

  Subject: Web Root Spysweeper

  Hello Everyone,

I am not sure how to handle Web Root spysweeper on my laptop. The laptop has
Windows 7 and WE 7.2.

On my desktop which has Vista Basic and WE 7.2, I am able to handle things
OK. First I can use the mouse keys to click on various choices. I have tried
with the laptop and I am not reading the spysweeper window, just various items
on the desktop etc. I route my cursor and it still is not working.

Second issue. On my desktop, spysweeper is in the system tray. The reason I
want this is I can enter on it, then use the application key to make choices.
The biggest item is uninstall when spysweeper is blocking a task I want to do.
It is not in the system tray for some reason. Either how do I get it in the
system tray or otherwise perform the same tasks?

How do I get spysweeper to work the same way it does on my laptop? Note I am
using the WE laptop keyboard on my laptop.

Thanks in advance for any help.
