Just save a set file.
If you made some global settings changes they will be saved along with
any other changes you made to your current set file.

Subject: Saving global settings

Hello,

I know this is a silly question, but I have forgotten how to save
global settings without saving changes to the current set file. I've
been going through the manual and find that Window-Eyes will take the
opportunity to save global settings when a set file is saved but no
explicit instructions on how to save only the global settings.

Sincerely,
David Gerry
