Subject: new to Window Eyes Jaws user for 10 years have questions

Hello, I have been a Jaws user for about 100 years. I am trying out Window Eyes. I would like to know if there is application help say for example Outlook 2010. How do I read a message. Most of the commands in Wineyes seem to be like Jaws, only a few differences.
Thanks for your help.
