Dear List: When I am at work, using a Windows 2000 computer and using Firefox, I can read the address bar by character with the main arrow keys with the alt-d keystroke. However, at home with my Windows XP computer, using Internet Explorer, it will read the entire address bar, but, I cannot read it by character; the arrow keys just ding when I hit them and it reads the entire address bar again. Can I get it to read by character? Why can I read by character the address bar with one computer, but not the other. Thanks for any ideas.
