In general, when this happens and you can't hear what you're typing, I find
a lot of times it's because the window isn't maximized. if you'll check the
window when you're ready to type, and if you find it's not maximized, you
could try to always remember to do it, or look into a script from GW called
Window Manager, which will maximize specific windows which you tell it to,
as they are created. It's very helpful.

Subject: windows vista windows mail

HI all. I tried to post this question yesterday but don't think it went
through.

When composing a message in windows mail or replying to a message, it isn't
possible to read what you type in the ocmpose window

This is with we 7.2 and it is using the oe set files.

I remember this discussion coming up on the list before but don't remember
what the fix was. I tried searching the archives but obviously am not using
the correct key words to narrow the search enough.

I thought it was changing it to compose in text but that didn't do it.

anyone have any ideas?

thanks.

Brian.
