Hi Louis

When your computer shuts down, does it also reboot? In other words, does it
power-up?

If it does you are experiencing window errors which may be in conflict with
WE, possibly a virus or just an issue with some software you may be using or
activeX controls.

This usually happens when you have a critical error and windows has to
close. I had it over a year ago with Access 2003. It went away after I stopped
using that software and also had to reload windows.

The only other possible cause is either a bad drive or corrupted drive.
Maybe a defrag could be done and the program is found in the accessories folder.

Hello. Lately my laptop has been shutting down on its own. Do you guys
have any idea why this is happening? Thanks.
