Turn off any antivirus or antispyware programs that might be running.

Hi, I had to reinstall window eyes on a fresh copy of windows xp. I follow the verbal prompts for installing WE, and when my system restarts, I get an error stating that the application failed to initiate 0xc0000142 Click on okay to terminate the application. Needless to say, I cannot get window eyes to install on my system. No windows updates have been installed as of yet. Any suggestions? Keith
