Hi All, Let me apologize in advance if this has been discussed, I can't find it in my message archives.
When using Outlook 2003 with Window-Eyes, either v6.0 or v7.X, what do I need to do to get the field hotkeys (alt-1, alt-7) to read reliably. I am thinking that something is wrong with my Outlook current view settings, but I can't find anything. In v7.x, Window-Eyes continually says "not in detail view" when I try any of these keys in the inbox message listing. In v6.0, they either read invalid items, or say "information not found". Also, when arrowing through the message list, V7.x doesn't notify me if there is an attachment on a message, v6.0 does. However, if I open the message, all the keys seem to work properly. Opening a message just to see, for example if the message has attachments, is time-consuming at the very least. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
