hi, just because this information is shown in the status bar doesn’t mean that the index count is provided. this has been asked and what we have been told is the index count is not provided to msaa or UIA. if the count is not there there is nothing for window-eyes to report. if this is no longer the case I will stand corrected but it has been the case for a number of years using outlook.
