HI, WELL IF THAT HAPPENS AND THERE IS NO STATIC TEXT THEN WE WOULD NEED TO READ THE ACTIVE WINDOW. SO IN MOST CASES WE WOULD GET THE VERBOSITY WE NEED AND IN PROGRAMS WHERE WE DON’T WE COULD ALWAYS TURN ON READ WHOLE MESSAGE BOX AGAIN. OR JUST ISSUE THE READ ACTIVE WINDOW COMMAND. JUST WONDERING WHY WAS THE READ WHOLE PULLDOWN OPTION REMOVED. IT WAS USEFUL WHEN TRYING TO LEARN A NEW MENU SYSTEM QUICKLY. not that I used it much but it was useful from time to time.

Yes, this feature was removed. also we really need an option for message boxes to be able to instead of reading the message box in full to read just the title static text boxes and then the button that will take action if enter is pressed. I could see this being kind of useful, but many messages boxes include just the program name in the title bar, which would mean you'd often hear things like: My Program (message box) Ok (Button) Aaron -- Aaron Smith Product Support Specialist * Web Development GW Micro, Inc. * 725 Airport North Office Park, Fort Wayne, IN 46825 260-489-3671 * gwmicro.com To insure that you receive proper support, please include all past correspondence (where applicable), and any relevant information pertinent to your situation when submitting a problem report to the GW Micro Technical Support Team.
