What versions of Window-Eyes, IE, and Windows Live are you using?

I don’t know if you remember the e-mail I sent you before that I was going
to do a full system restore to see if this would fix the problem and after
three full system restores which include two clean installs of the OS and one
factory install from dell. I was not able to fix these problems which I called
today about. I have forgotten who I spoke to and I have shown him what is going
on. for the contacts not speaking when I arrow up, he told me that that was a
known issue. I can hear my contacts when I arrow down but when I start arrowing
up I lose speech. Now for my windows live mail I showed him that when I typed
the first letters of the person I was trying to e-mail and when I arrowed down
it would not read the options. I did gwm to get the mailing list but I know
that I have to arrow down three times to get it. then I have to tab twice and
tab back to know if I got the right contact. In the subject line I can type the
subject but when I try and read it with the arrow keys or control plus shift
plus d I get nothing. I have to tab away and tab back to get window-eyes to
read it. he marked all of these down to see if a solution can be found. In my
reinstall of the OS these and other problems sometimes got worse or stayed the
same. never better but keeping the dell factory setting was the best choice.
when I did a clean install I had other problems like window-eyes not reading
what I was typing in an e-mail, or what I was typing in internet explorer. If
necessary I can call and ask for you so I can show you the problems I am
having. I really don’t know what else to do. usually things get fixed if I do a
clean install of the OS but not this time. let me know what I can do to try and
help you guys figure this one out. thanks.

Can you provide any more detail? They're reading as expected for me, using
Window-Eyes 7.5 beta, IE 9, and WLM 2011 build 15.4.3508.1109.

when I am arrowing through my contacts I lose speech
I'm not able to duplicate this. How many contacts do you have?

hopefully that msn script gets updated to work with msn 2011 because I
miss using alt 1 through alt 9 to read messages.
The app is already designed for 2011. The hotkeys are on the drawing board.

I don’t like tabbing back and forth from the edit box to the history.
Which edit box and which history are you referring to?

    Thanks,

    Aaron
