I can't explain it more than what I already did in my original message.
Obviously since this is an MS bug in regards to screen readers, it won't
show up if you don't have one running. Regarding NVDA, I know that I am
not the only one who can make it happen which further proves the point
that it's not a Window-Eyes specific bug.

Messenger. We call it the Yoda bug. I'm assuming you have Window-Eyes
