Alan is right. Not sure what the difference, if any, between what I
suggested in a previous message and creating one through the file menu.
This file menu approach must be relatively new as don't remember seeing
it before.

Under file menu new list is an item to create new account. This opens a
dialog box for you to enter info about your account.
Under file, get mail you can choose whiuch account to get mail from.
