Is this new to 7.5 or new to a newer Skype release?

For some reason, alt+1 no longer brings up the contact list with the latest Skype. I have to find the "all contacts" button in that interminably tabbing dialogue, or find a contact on the screen and left click it, whereupon Skype says "information panel", and the contact list has focus.
