I apologize in advance if you already know this, but not all items always show
up in the system tray or Notification Area because there isn't enough room.
When you go to the Notification Area, press space on the notification area
button and it will be expanded to include all items. There is a pretty good
chance you will see this item then. I've had it happen that the Notification
Area goes away as I arrow down through it. If this happens to you before you
get
all the way through the notification area, use the UP Arrow in stead which
will, in effect, start at the bottom and work up. When you have the
Notification
Area expanded, the last item should be "Customize". I do not know how to get
to this from the start menu, and another user said that it was not as
accessible there, so try the Notification Area again after expanding it.
However, to get there from the Start Menu, try typing "Hybrid" in the start
menu
search box and see if it is suggested.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
