Just keep trying, the servers are probably overloaded with everyone
trying to get the update at once. I have an LTO copy, and when a
dialogue box popped up and asked me if I wanted to go to the gw site to
get the upgrade, I answered yes and the page took forever and a day to
load, but it eventually happened. Patience! LOL it'll happen soon.
