I feel sorry for them; it's just very difficult to plan for a sudden
over-whelming access of your web site.

if you do, by purchasing redundant internet feeds, and setting up redundant
server capacity, then you've blown a wad of money for something which
happens a few hours once, or maybe twice a year; not a good justification
for spending that much money.

Maybe they should just ask people to follow some schedule: last names
beginning with a-d try today, e-h tomorrow, and so on. since each download
.exe is unique, they can't just put it up on multiple locations and ask
people to pass it around.

HI Patt.
I understand the frustrations. I guess GWMicro has an unexpected high demand
for this release. Smiles. Hope you get it very soon.
Take care.
