An example might be you are downloading a file, but you want to do
something else while the file is downloading, rather than waiting
for the download to complete. This is true of large (over 1GB)
files. At the moment, the progress bar is only seen when the
program, in this case a file download dialogue box, is in the
foreground; once minimized the bar is no longer seen. I know of
another screen reader that has this capability out of the box.
