Hi Steve,

My first thought was, to replace the startup-shortcut from notes2.exe to
nlnotes.exe as Steve Jacobson suggested.

When that more accessible version of notes is started, press alt-b to go
to the bookmark-list. In the dutch notes version it is alt-b. I think in
the english version too.
The first option here is to open your mailbox.
Go to this option and press the contextkey. Arrow to Set bookmark as
favorite or something like that.
This will make your mailbox the default page when starting notes.

And take a look at the options at the file/preferences/ user preferences
menu and the list of options here.

In the notes help, there is something about accessibility. Also with
Google you will find things about Lotus notes and accessibility.

Regards, Marten
