Steve,

Maybe another apology is in order from me. What you have discovered about
attachments is exactly how it works in
Notes 8.0. I did not describe that to you because my 8.5 acts differently so I
assumed yours would too, but now I am
thinking I need to check my 8.5 options. In addition to what you said about
the first letter, usually the current line key
will read the entire link, CONTROL NUMPAD 5. Also, if you navigate to an
internet link in this way, you may find that
you need to activate with the SPACE BAR. If the ARROW keys are working for
you, you will find that they are useful
in many ways, even to get to buttons that are placed in notes. It is common
where I work to have a note telling you
about an event and including an add to calendar button. This is different than
a meeting invitation. Did you find the
attach menu?

It probably wouldn't hurt to have a knowledge base article on this, but Lotus
Notes seems to be on the way out.
There are not that many users. I think I hear Doug Geoffray cheering. <smile>
Again, I should have explained about
the arrows in case they worked for you but my experience indicated that they
wouldn't. I'll have to check my 8.5
options.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
