I use and suggest defraggler from the same people that make c cleaner.
They are both free and work well with window eyes. You can go to
www.ninite.com check the check box for defraggler and then click on the
download link near the bottom of the page.
You can easily setup a schedule to defrag on a regular basis.
You'll need to use the window eyes mouse keys, to check on the current
status of the defrag.
