In an FAQ entry concerning the lack of accessibility of their Control Center 
with screen readers, Ivona states the following:

Considering the "standard" mode, IVONA Control Center is not accessible for 
screenreaders. To switch it into "reha" mode, you should download proper 
(according to your operating system type) file using links below and 
double-click on it. After restarting your computer Control Center should be 
fully visible for your screenreader.

32bit systems:
IVONA_to_Reha_32bit.reg
64bit systems:
IVONA_to_Reha_64bit.reg


These files obviously add or change a Registry key.  Does anyone know what they 
actually do and whether they are safe to use?  They are certainly correct that 
their Control Center doesn't work with screen readers; I get nothing when I 
open it.  Googling "reha mode" just gets a lot of pages in non-English 
languages.
