It doesn't crash on my win 7 32 bit system, but it doesn't read the information either. The competition reads it fine.

hi, I was trying to explore my system hard ware information and when I
try and use the mouse keys windows explorer crashes. here are the steps
I do,
1. open the start menu and tab over to my user name and press c to get
to computer
2. I then press my applications key and arrow up to get to properties
3. once my system info is up I press the hotkeys insert home to get my
mouse to the top left of the screen
4. then I use insert I to move the mouse one line down and after two
lines windows explorer crashes.
helpful information:
I have window-eyes 7.5 in laptop mode
running windows 7 64 bit service pack 1
