I find that I got best results by turning off browse mode, then using the mouse
reading keys to find the "links", and left clicking witht the mouse key above
the numpad 8.

The new material appeared below the link. In some cases all the material
wasn't available to the mouse reading keys, so best results after left clicking
was to turn browse mode on again. I've seen these before and don't
particularly like these kinds of pages.

had to click on the links, hard to call them links, with the left mouse key,
then I can turn browse mode

If you click on the links additional information appears on the screen
below where you clicked. I find it easiest to read this information with the
mouse.

This is not the first place I've seen this type of site. I do wish
Window-eyes would identify the "controls" as Onclicks or something. As it is,
Window-Eyes reads them like they are plane text on the page.

Went to the site and no links announced but when I put my cursor on the
underlined items only my normal line showed up instead of the pointer or hand
to activate as if they were links but nothing happened.

  Hi GW Micro,

Can you have a look at this web page and tell me if there are any links on
the page.

Window Eyes says there aren't any, but there are 7 links there as you can
click on them with the left mouse key.

I tried it with NVDA and it didn't show the links either, but they did appear
when I turned compatibility mode on.

Unfortunately compatibility mode didn't work with Window Eyes.

A Jaws user told me that the links show up but nothing happens when you click
on them.

Is this just a badly designed page, or is this something which is going to
spread and make our lives a misery?
