Since I don't have a braille display, should I used the quick start app and
tell the system I want no braille?

This is a program specific setting not a global one so when you turn it off
it is only for the program that you are in.

I have made sure braille is turned off in the control panel area mentioned
in the subject of this message, but it is showing as "on" now. This has
happened a few times before, but I can't duplicate it. It's just that once in
a while, when I check, General, Core Functions, Braille is set to on when I had
it turned off. I just now set it to off an saved the set file, but I'm sure it
will eventually come back to "on". I'll try to see when or what I may have
done to make this happen. This is the best report I can give now.

Anybody else having this oddity? I kknow it used to be a problem with the
beta, but things are a lot bettern now, but in the case of Braille, it seems to
still be happening.
