    I was having trouble getting Window Eyes 7.5 to reliably read a Wordpad 
document in Windows 7.  I called GW-Micro and I think I was told that Window 
Eyes did not officially support the Rich Text Format.  At any rate the 
technician was not at all surprised that I would be having trouble reading a 
Wordpad document.  I couldn't believe what I was hearing.  For years I've 
been using Wordpad documents on my XP machine and reading them with no 
trouble using Window Eyes 4.5.  Now I have a new Windows and a new Window 
Eyes and my access has gone down.
