What I said on that phone call was that WE didn't have direct support
for richedit controls. We rely on our OSM and it isn't always
reliable. We hope to add direct support for richedits at some point
in the future.

I was having trouble getting Window Eyes 7.5 to reliably read a
Wordpad document in Windows 7. I called GW-Micro and I think I was
told that Window Eyes did not officially support the Rich Text
Format. At any rate the technician was not at all surprised that I
would be having trouble reading a Wordpad document. I couldn't
believe what I was hearing. For years I've been using Wordpad
documents on my XP machine and reading them with no trouble using
Window Eyes 4.5. Now I have a new Windows and a new Window Eyes
and my access has gone down. If you reply to this message it will
