Hi dave,

You will need to use your mouse pointer and arrow down from the top until you hear a line which includes the word "subject". Next, use insert-numpad 6 to move to the word. Press the right mouse click (slash, above the numpad 9). now, you will use your arrow keys to move down a non-verbal list. To hear each item in the list, it is necessary to use control-numpad5. Do this until you hear "from" spoken and press enter. You should now be able to hear the from listings in your message.
