I don't know of one but you could just turn the volume down completely.  R,
if you have the volume set on 9,  you can do ctrl-alt and up arrow one and
it will be  off.  When you want it back,  do ctrl-alt and down arrow one.
Make sure you're on screen,  keyboard,  mouse,  or all,  then over to
volume,  if you know how to do all that.

Is there some sort of scrip/or keystroke that can mute window eyes?

I'm not talking halting it by pressing CTRL, I'm talking about temporarily
shutting it up and then having it speak when I want to as in a toggle.
