That's correct. We switched to Visual Studio 2010 for Window-Eyes 7.5,
and thus the 2010 runtimes are now required to run it. You can also
download the 2010 runtimes directly from Microsoft at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d3a-a423-37bf0912db84.

On your Window-Eyes CD is a folder called wineyes, and inside this is
another called runtime. If your notebook is 32-bit, run vcredist_x86
(2010).exe. If it's 64-bit, run vcredist_x64 (2010).exe. Once installed,
Window-Eyes should work.
