Hi Jenine: While this isn't the most ideal solution, it does work. When you encounter one of these messages, hit alt+h, then X, then V. This will open the message in your internet browser such as Windows Internet Explorer. You'll get a warning about security settings when you do this, just hit enter on the OK button presented and you're off and running.
