I'm way behind in reading this, but why not simply open the message in your browser and end all that table nightmare stuff.
With the message open in Outlook press Alt+H, then X by itself, then V by itself. Your browser will open and the message will display nicely. Outlook 2010 users, your key combination is Alt+H then A then V to do the same thing. This has probably been answered no fewer than 66 thousand times, and if so, I apologize both for being so behind in reading this folder and for not checking too far down the list to ensure that it got answered. I went several messages down and didn't see the answer, so I'm hoping this won't be too duplicative. I'm currently using Outlook 2007, WE 7.5 and a Windows7 32-bit machine. I'm also using the app that automatically reads, or is supposed to automatically read the first screen of an email message when you open it. My issue is that many email messages seem to be full of tables. Though I can tab through the tables, they don't always read the cell contents and I am treated to a litany of "Leaving Table 1.1.1.2end, Table 1.1.1.3" etc. I tend to avoid messages with tables but unfortunately, some companies I want to deal with have such messages. I've tried converting to plain text but that doesn't seem to stop the issue. Any thoughts? It's not a WE issue really other than I'd like to turn the reading of tables off in Outlook but don't seem to see a way to do that. Thanks.
