I finally got around to using the remote assistance and I think its great.

The only question I have and its not a knock or anything of that sort, just
a question, but there was one time when I connected or someone connected to
my system and after the connection was made my screen turned black and i had
to restore it to get back to being able to see the screen. Has anyone
experienced this? Another question along the lines of remote assistance is
it common for window eyes to freeze during the session or is that irrelevent
to the feature of remote assistance?
