Hi all.
Well I am asking if someone had some or all vision, could they control my computer via the mouse and see my desktop? With the competition it is assumed a blind person is controlling the remote machine by default, however there is the option to display the video output of the remote machine. I did not see any mention in either the user manual or on the knowledge base pages. Just curious that is all.
For your second question I think the freezing is completely unrelated.
I'm glad you like the feature. This will open doors that we wouldn't think even existed until now.
Take care.

I finally got around to using the remote assistance and I think its great.

The only question I have and its not a knock or anything of that sort,
just a question, but there was one time when I connected or someone
connected to my system and after the connection was made my screen
turned black and i had to restore it to get back to being able to see
the screen. Has anyone experienced this? Another question along the
lines of remote assistance is it common for window eyes to freeze during
the session or is that irrelevent to the feature of remote assistance?

Thanks yall.
