To combat any confusion, let me re-state: we do not use IE9 on a daily
basis as our primary browser (at least those of us in the support
department). If your problem relies on using IE9 for days at a time,
then we're most likely not going to be able to duplicate that. If,
however, you have repeatable steps that demonstrate an issue, we will
most certainly do our best to duplicate the problem, and get it resolved.
Not only did Doug mention that Window-Eyes works with IE9, but Microsoft
used Window-Eyes during their IE9 demonstration/presentation in real time.
The reasons that Mike does not use IE9 are personal, and mostly due to
limitations in the browser itself, and do not necessarily reflect
Window-Eyes IE9 support.
I understand that you're frustrated that IE9 does not work for you, but
I want the record to remain accurate regarding the statements that we've
made. We stand by our support for IE9, and in combination with the IE
Enhanced app, think we have the best support on the market today.

Aaron,
After you said you could not duplicate the problems I was having with
IE 9 you told me that you could not duplicate them because you did not
use it. When 7.5 was released in a interview with Doug it was
indicated that WE worked with IE 9. I believed on past history that
meant it worked well and in fact it does not. Mike also indicated
that he gave up using it because of issues with UIA which again WE 7.5
is supposed to work with.

A good sign that IE 9 doesn't work well with WE 7.5 is that I have
been told by the GW staff that they don't use it.
A more accurate statement would be that you were told those of us who
use Window-Eyes don't use IE9 on a daily basis as our primary browser,
but that we do test with it quite a bit. But let's not let details get
in the way.
